Or depuis de 1er janvier 2012(d\u00e9cret N\u00b0 2011-822 du 7 juillet 2011) l&#8217;employeur d&rsquo;une entreprise dont les effectifs sont de 50 salari\u00e9s minimum a l&rsquo;obligation d&rsquo;engager des n\u00e9gociations afin de signer un accord collectif sur ce th\u00e8me sous peine de sanctions (Art L.2242-2 et L.2242-5 du code du travail) Cette formation permettra donc de faire le point sur les contraintes en la mati\u00e8re, et les moyens mis \u00e0 disposition des entreprises afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter ces sanctions.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group
